Ecclesia
Ecclesia is a church management system for membership, giving, and events — built for congregations that live on WhatsApp and Sunday announcements.
The problem
Membership sits in a notebook. Offerings are counted and forgotten. Follow-up depends on who remembered. A church of two hundred can still feel like it has no list.
What I built
Ecclesia keeps members, households, giving, and events in one place the pastor and administrators can actually open. It is deliberately plain: records, reports, and the next Sunday, not a social network. Where WhatsApp is how the church talks, the system does not pretend otherwise.
What changed
Leaders can see who belongs, who gave, and who has gone quiet — without rebuilding the congregation in a spreadsheet every quarter.
